Two weeks ago, we celebrated the results of our family March Madness/Gladness basketball bracket competition. All six of us filled out brackets this year. (Yes, even Julian! Two team names would be written on separate papers and put at a distance before him. Whichever team he crawled toward was his selection. His bracket took days to complete.)
This year, el Daddy-o decreed ice cream rewards to match the finishing places. The results?
Daddy and Eli tied for first, then Toby, then Mommy, followed by Ishy and Julian tying for fifth. Eli and Daddy happily ordered big ice creams, and Toby wisely brought his own money to add to his winnings so that he had big ice cream, too.
